Hi, Happy New Year. Your mom might want to take the keyboard apart to see if there's some junk in there or that the key needs to be popped out if it's jammed. Carefully remove the screws and open the two halves. You might be able to find YouTube videos on how to do this. Or simply go online and buy a new one for $10 or less.

Yups, I say your Moms springs for a new puter! I knows the Aussie method is pawsome and all, butts iiiiiii thinks that a new puter could be funs!!
