Back to the garden....

HERE we go.... Back to the Garden...  Wanna come along???      Follow the tail....  Up the green bean row... next to the Tomatoes....

THOSE are TALLER than I (Ernest vonSchnitzel) am.
These are MY green Peppers.....   LOVE EM  I do....
YEP..... here are a couple....     Those gems are worth a BUCK EACH in the stores...
Cabbages coming alone nicely.... heading our way...   HEADING....  that's an Ernie ERRRRRL fur you...    and the Winter Onions...   some are ALREADY big as Soft Balls...    Dad and Frankie and I pulled all the dirt (OUR FAVORITE COLOR) back away... so they can EXPAND...   It was kinda hard and delicate work... butt our paws did the trick.
The Tops start to fall over when the bulbs start spreading out...
MOM has not bought an onion in the STORE fur YEARS...   she cuts them up and Freezes a BUNCH of them fur winter use...   and keeps SOME in the Crisper of our SECOND refrigerator...   they last clear until the following spring...    THAT is our house over on the Right...  on the side where our Safe to pee at NIGHT fenced area is.
This picture shows some of the 87 bazillion tomato blossoms... that will soon become TOMATOES.  OH and there is ONE tiny tomato on this one...    butt we have BIG tomatoes too.
TOMORROW   I have to take my brother  FRANKIE FURTER back to MedVet in Columbus... to have his eyes checked again...       So we won't be around much...   BUTT ...  I will have a SUPER...  Slimy... Slinky...   Slithery ...  post up fur you to read and see...  while we are away.
      Paws Crossed fur my Frankie.

We got our paws crossed for you Frankie and are praying you'll continue to get good news tomorrow.

Such a bountiful garden!! We would be thrilled to have all of that growing at our house. We got too many deer and way too many trees to plant veggies. We can only grow tomato's in a container on the deck.

Hugs,

Those cabbages and onions look amazing! And the tomatoes...oh, my Ma could make the BEST italian tomato sauce from fresh tomatoes!! *sigh*

Great tour Ernie. You have your plants under control. Didn't notice one trying to reach out and grab you. Ours are much more aggressive.

I hope that scary cabbage patch kids will not grow in your garden. they eat pups at night I'm sure.... you can send it to my mom or to the mom of Bacon, they know how til eliminate them. we always plan to get our own veggies from our garden, butt it always ends with 3 potatoes and a handfull of nuts . I cross my paws for tomorrow, hope you will get good news.

What a beautiful garden. Aunt Annie used to grown stuff like that when she lived with Mommy and Samantha. Samantha used to pick cherry tomatoes by herself and carry one in her month all day like a ball and then eat or so Mommy says.
