FURST we have to help Mayorz Elect... Murphy and Stanley get the word out about somethingy IMPAWTANT...    HERE IT IS...

We're going to do a formal acceptance speech on Saturday and announce our plan for a new form of administration.  We're also going to put the word out that we want to hear who is interested in either retaining a pawsition or taking on a new one.  They will also announce their appointment of our city manager.

 LOOK at this little two legger..... he is SO smart... he has his Mom and his dog BOTH on their Walkin Strings....    GRRRREAT To keep them from STRAYING...

Pumpkin show # 5

Back to the PUMPKIN SHOW.....    TODAY you will start seeing some of the PAWrade....  It was a BIG Long one so it will take DAYS to see it all.

The FURST thingy we did was get our No Walkin Situated....  then  WE got Situated... and had some REFRESHMENTS..... Ice COLD WATER....     NOTICE that we have OUR PUMPKINS in there with us....

 THEN WE TOOK A QUICK NAP   so that we would be READY to watch the PAWrade.

 ERNIE BURIED HIS HEAD so he could sleep better....

 THEN   SUDDENLY here came the PO PO....   walking down the Pawrade route... and clearing all the Peeps OUTTA THE WAY>..

 NEXT came the PO PO on Motorcycles...  

 THEN THE SHERIFF.....

 AND OUR FLAG.....         we are sorry to say that not many peeps stood up to honor it though.

 AND FINALLY.....  REMEMBER the QUEEN's FLOAT that WE   got to ESCORT to the Staging area??????    WELL here it COMES down the Street....       LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL...

Pumpkin Show #3

Today is our FUREND   BARB's Birfday....  she lives in OZ and does not have a blog... butt she DOES read ours... and ROXY's...   (and Dui and Bella's).       HAPPY BIRFDAY BARB.


Now today we want to show you the GIANT Pumpkin that took the BIG   KING Prize this year..

 We get our pics taken with this sign every year...     Remember it Ernie????       OF COURSE I do Frankie...  

 They have huge wagons with every type and COLOR of pumpkins... and Gourds and Squash

 And every SIZE of each you can imagine...

 Every year they put up the PUMPKIN TOWER... we love that...

 The Circleville Pumpkin show BEGAN in 1903    and took 3 years off during the war...
    THAT makes this the 108th Year...

 The biggest pumpkin ever... was in 2009   and it weighed 1,636 pounds.... butt THIS YEAR....  they had an even BIGGER one...  
     LOOK AT IT FRANKIE.... the thingy is HUGE...
  It surely is Ernie...  it weighed in at a WHOPPING    1,964 #'s... which is 328#'s Heavier than 2009.

Mom could make a LOT of COOKIES and PIES with that thingy... FUR SURE.

 HEY DAD... your SHOE is Photo Bombing US...               The Second largest pumpkin this year weighed 1,714   and THAT was even bigger than the OLD '09 record...       Must have been a GOOD year fur Pumpkins.              NEXT year they will be selling the SEEDS from THIS big guy...  They do that Every year also...    
     We wonder how many seeds are IN there.

HEY..... we have been getting comments from NEW FURENDS and when we click on their names... so we can go and find and FOLLOW their Blogs...  we get this STRANGE SCREEN that does NOT seem to actually be their BLOG and has no way we can FOLLOW...    
    Anybuddy know what to do about that?          The other day a new commentor  asked fur the RECIPE fur Pie Crust...  and we could NOT find a way to get in touch with them...  
     We like the OLD Blogger where you clicked a comment Name and it took you to where you could find their blog... EASY PEASY...      JUST SAYIN...

One of the FURST Pumpkin thingys we saw was....
Pumpkin Carver Guy....    

 Check out the super ones that he had done...

 Not EVERYTHINGY there is Pumpkin...  there are also Arts and Crafts... like these STARS.. to display on garages.. and SnowFreak  Storage Buildings and such..    They are MADE from  old Car License Plates...    

 We took these pictures fur BOTH Mayoress Madi.. who loves Plates that "say thingys"... and ME beclaws look what this one Says...   Franklin...      That is the name of the County where Columbus is located...    WE love in PERRY County... butt did NOT see that on any of the star points...  

The POINTS are really POINTY... so the crafter THOUGHTFULLY padded them with foam... so no buddy got POKED... in the HUGE crowds...  
     PeeS.... Did We mention that we started our Morning off with some of Mom's HOME MADE   PUMPKIN PANCAKES???        YES WE DID...
     AND guess who was WITH US.... fur all this fun???   Sarge's Mom and Dad...  THE HANDS.

Our Jack O Lanterns...

Here are our Jack O Lanterns.....    We decorated them... OURSELVES...      BUTT FURST...   after having a WEEK of like 80 Degree... SUNNY days....  we are hearing the weather talkers saying that dirty    SNOW  word...    and you can SEE what we think of SNOW.

 This is ME... (Frankie Furter) checkin out our Pumpkins...  Ernie did his with Circle Eyes and Nose..  I am puttin my seal of approval on MY pumpkin... I made TRIANGLE Eyes and even put FANGS on Mine...

 Ernie did a pretty good job... considering that it was his FURST time to ever decorate a Jack O Lantern. 

 Ernie was kinda green with Jellyness... when he saw how GRRRREAT My pumpkin was... with the FANGS and all...   Butt I told him... YOU DID A GOOOOOD JOB and then he felt better.

 Ernie LOVES our Pumpkins.     So do I.    We have them on the Back Deck now.   I just hope they don't get COVERED with that .... STUFFS...

 BUTT if they DO...  We  KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT..   hhehehehe
