I hate to put a Damper on the Holiday Spirit... but we have some DEAR friends in Need of POTP.... Yesterday I had an Email from KIM (Shasta and Shiloh) saying that her Vision situation has taken a turn for the worse... the Fungal Infection has gotten worse. As is SO typical of her, Kim was worried about getting our Cards Mailed out... so she is having her sister help her with them.
I was just DIGESTING that News... when Sarah (Mona and Prissy) CALLED me... to say that on MONDAY Mona was at the Vet the entire day... she had been Limping... it was found that her Knee Cap had slipped... and Surgery is NOT an option for Mona because of her AGE, Her Heart Murmur, and her Cushing's disease... The vet put her on two MORE pills daily which makes it 7 now.. to take care of everything that is going wrong with Mona.
Then yesterday afternoon I got an email from ANNE..Sasha's Mom... Sasha went to the Vet for Trim and Grooming and she FAINTED .. during that... the vet told Anne that Sasha's Blood Pressure was way High and that her heart problems were Worse... She said she would let me know...LATER if she learned anything New... I am UPDATING this Pre Post Mid Afternoon on TUESDAY. If I hear any More.. I will come BACK and add it to this post.
When I started to try and look at blogs last night I saw that our friend RORY from Down Under is having another Flair Up.. of his Paw... he is Swollen and has a Fever and had to go to the vet for two Big Shots... Just when things had seemed to be getting better for him... he has this set back.
OH MY....As Frankie would say... {{SIGH}} so MUCH in such a short time... I can hardly wrap my head around these FOUR things... PLEASE PLEASE keep them in your HEARTS, your THOUGHTS, PRAYERS, and send them your POTP.
It HURTS to know that our Friends are going through tough times.

Sorry to have been MIA... for TWO days.... one to go to Amish Country... which was a Long and FUN day... and YESTERDAY to deal with all the things that were purchased there... Mostly Food Items... BTW.
Now for something to try and lift our spirits...
Santa Paws will come in 8 more sleeps.... and IF WE ARE LUCKY... in 9 more sleeps we will be SNOW FREAK FREE...
OFF and AWAY with the Snow FREAK Sweaters...
We gotta get the MONKEY off our backs... and be able to QUIT Crying...

I's so glad dat we gots 40 paws in my house. Even 40 isn't enough to go around but we give it all we got. POTP to all our furiends in need right now.
As for those snow freaks...you better hope that your Mommy doesn't decide to keep them around a while longer...until spring time comes. ;)
So many are in need. We want a Christmas miracle of ever'body being healthy! Mom thought the sweaters were really cute but me and Stanley will support you and say they are hideous.

Wow! Is there no end to the snowfreak invasion? I have an idea about the paper towel ones. Make lots if piddle puddles so they get used up. If that's too naughty, then take some extra splashy drinks for your water bowl. They'll get used up pretty quick that way!
So sorry to hear about your loved ones who are ill. Hope they get better soon!
It seems that in all the holiday laughter and merriment families are hurting all overs the world. Gussie finks if he stops by each and every house he can bring a little joy...mom is worried.

Oh that is terrible. We are sending POTP to everyone. We did not know about Mona in particular, who's mum used to give Mum such good advice and support when Bridge was diagnosed with Cushings.
It is scary to think Christmas day is so close!
