Now Yesterday when we called we got a SUPER lady who has worked for Wildblue for 7 years as Tech. Support. She had us go through EVERY POSSIBLE thing that could be fixed remotely. AND she did Every one of them TWICE.... Including With and Without the Router and WIFI. She ASSURES me that NOTHING is wrong with my computer(s) nor my Router... the problem ... as we have known from October 24th. when this new Dish and Modem were installed.... is DEFINITELY with THEIR equip. or installation. Tell me somethingy NEW!!! This lady has me set up for "FREE" usage ... until the problem is FIXED. It had
Ernie and I KNOW that you would be just DEVASTATED to miss all the Snowmen so we are working on getting some PRE POSTS set up... JUST FUR YOU!!! BaaaaWaaaaah.

Tell Wild Blue Stinky Man that if they don't fix this problem once and fur all, you're gonna duct tape him to a chair smack dab in the middle of your dining room and put toothpicks in his eyes to keep them open and FORCE him to stare at all those snowmen forever! We thank THAT will do the trick.

Frankie and Ernie...I know exactly what is causing connectivity problems...there are melting snowmen in every crook and cranny of your house leaking into your connectivity thing-a-ma-gig. That is my official opinion.
That being said we love the snowman paper towels.

Why can't they just replace the equipment they installed, obviously it's faulty. They should give you free service from now until two months after the darn thing is fixed!!
