Chocolate and flowers always works for me so you should try it with your Momma. :)

Nothing says I love you like a good belly scratch. Rub her tummy and then give her feet a good licking. After that maybe you could dig up something out in the yard, something real important to you like a bone or an old but loved toy and give it to her. I bet she will love it, thats what I am doing for my Mom and also trying real hard not to poop in the house.

p.s. I am also gonna try not to eat gassy food the day before, she always appreciates that

Might I suggest a bottle of our finest Highland Single Malt Whisky? Should there be any more 'incidents' it can be used both for cleansing the wound and imbibing to forget....

Since girls loves flowers, you could dig some outta da yard fur her...I knows hers would just ADORE dat. Or maybes just a nice pat on her head.
See, mum's don't really cares what you gives'em as long as it be from da heart and all moms loves artwork so you could do some beautiful art work on da windows.

chocolate is our moms favorite, and a few good snuggles would probally help too!

We was gonna say designer bandaids, to make her bite wound look pretty. I think some beautiful flowers will do the trick.

Hey - 'boutz this prezent thingy - we read Puddles comment an'howz 'boutz COMBININ'the flower idea an'the band aidz - draw a flower ON the band aid. That way, NO real flowerz akchually get displaced or harmed in any way.

We are so glad you got the posty thing to work for you this time. Hope you have found the answer.

Our Mom always says she doesn't need anything special, just a card that says I love you. Maybe you and Ernie can get Dad to help you make a special doxie card for her.

Wesa thinkin' you need to buy her that daschie charm bracelet from the Danbury Mint. That ways...for the next year, every month she gets a new set of charms for the season and it puts attention to the wrist and not her upper arm.
Just a suggestiums.

How about a nice nice big cheeseburger and peanut butter bone?

...Oh, I guess that's what I would want, but maybe your mom would want something else.

How abouts a nice juicy pig's ear? They're good and stinky and it'll take her awhile to chew through it, which will distract her from her ouchie.

Oh! Or you could dig her a hole! My mom LUVS it when I dig her holes. She gets all squealie and jumps up and down and stuff.

How about some light weight body armor! But I bet the best present you could give her is some extra special cuddle time, 'cause she knows you didn't mean to give her a boo boo!

Lorenza said...

Hmmmm.... give her lots of kisses and hugs!
She will love that!

Here is an idea that always works for My Vickie.
go outside, find some mud, put your paws in it and slush them around getting lots of the gooey stuff up into your toes and pads,

then come inside and make a big mud heart shape on the kitchen floor. She may wash it up right away and may take you to the tub, but she will remember that beautiful mud heart forever.
