Squirrels....

Now See.... sometimes I don't think AHEAD like I should. I should have taken our Squirrels..stuck them on Sticks....
And Roasted them on that brush Pile Fire the other day.
DARN... we could have invited EVERYBUDDY and we could have had a Cookering Out pawty.
Even Ernie is embarrassed by my lack of Forethought. Puddles could even have pawvided the Cabbage Leaves to wrap them in... OOOOOOH that would have made the squirrels so nice and JUICY... and Goose would have brought the Starter.. 12 pack.. DARN IT!!!
I'll try to remember it fur Next Year... IF I F these squirrels Last that long that is.

Sorry everybuddy. At least we didn't have to worry about gettin our furs singed or peein in our beds though. I'm just sayin.

Why would you want to roast your squirrels?

We have never had squirrel before, fresh or roasted. We don't think they will make it tell next year, we are just saying. Sniffs, The HoundDogs

I would like to reserve my spot for next year. In addition to the starter packs I am also real good at finding sticks to roast them on. I'm putting it on my calendar right now.

I know I'm a people and not a dog, but I love watching the squirrels in my yard running around and playing. Kelly chases them, but she never catches one.

Frankie, I am all for a nice squirrel roast(please don't tell Remington), and the idea of cabbage rolls and tomatoes and rice, I am drooling. I am however concerned about those squirrels you have there. I think they might be a special breed and not for consumption. Maybe its just me, but could you please check it out before next year? I am looking forward to your next roast and will be happy to bring some potato salad.

You had a firefire and didn't invite Blogville to celebrate? What a spring celebration that could have been. But, like you said, at least no furry was harmed.
