Dear Friends,
I am normally able to deal with anything. The tragedy that took place last night has proven to be something I can not cope with. I find myself unable to comment on all the loving and heartfelt tributes that you are putting up for our friend Sandra and her family.
I hope that you understand.
It took all I have to put up the earlier post.

I understand Frankie. It's a horrible terrible tragedy.

P.S. Maybe when things get a bit better you could stop by Jazzi's blog? Him and I are trying to cheer up this very sick little boy and his family. Maybe sending this sweet little guy and his service dog card would make you feel better. It did for me
We only read the horrible news this morning. We totally understand about reading tributes. Such a tragedy...we think especially of poor Shelby and her short, sad life.

Wesa can bareley wrap our paws around it ourselves and maybe never will. We added the ChipIn to our page...and we really can not comment much either. Pips commentathon coming up on Dec. 17th is wonderful and I hope wesa can all rally behind that and the ChipIn.

Oh. Oh how incredibly awful. One of my biggest fears is that something like that will happen when I am not home and Milly and Shelby will be trapped. Oh. I just do not have the words to express how much this breaks my heart. I am so so so sorry for their loss.

That is everyone's worst nightmare come true. So tragic.
This has been a terrible day. When I read your post this morning, all I could do was turn off the computer for the rest of the day. All of us are in shock and so very heartbroken. I can't even imagine how Sandra feels. But we have to do what we can to help.
I'm with you Frankie, there are no words, the news is so heart breaking. Run free little ones. :o(
It is okay Frankie. It is very hard to even imagine what they are going through. My mom has been crying since you sent us the email. :(
We can't even imagine how Sandra is dealing with the loss of her home and dogs. This is horrid, beyond horrid.
This community will rally around her...thank God all the humans made it out and our prayers are with those pups who went to the Bridge.
It's overwhelming...

We hear you, Frankie.
What a devastating loss for them. I didn't follow Sandra's blog but did keep up on the progress of Shelby. I've got a candle lit for them. I can't even begin to imagine they pain Sandra and her family must be going through right now.
Frankie, do you know how old Sandra's child is? What do you think if we (whoever in blogville wants to) sends them some Christmas pressies?
Frankie, we are right there with you. Mom was just saying the same thing. In reality there are no words to express the sorrow we ALL are feeling. Our hearts and prayers are with Sandra and her family.

Franky, I'm the same as you - I can usually handle everything. But this was such a shock and tragedy. We're all hurting for Sandra and her family. We have to believe they're having a wonderful party at the bridge. It's the only thing to keep us sane.
