LOOK See what I found in my garden

I found BUNNIES in my garden.
There were two of them.   The one close to the tomato kept its ear folded back and I has a longer white spot on its head.
The one by the leaf hopped out of the nest and tried to hide.
Look at its tiny little leg all stretched out.
They were sooooooooo cute.    I screamed my EMERGENCY Bark for my mom to come and see what I had found.
This is ME...  Frankie Furter...   showing mom where to look.    I didn't hurt the babies... not even when mom ran in the house for the flasher beast!!!!
Aren't they just the grrrrreatest.
I watched as mom picked them up and put them back into their Nest.
You should have seen them burrow in and hide their little faces.
My mom is very much PROUD of me for NOT hurting them.
It must have scared their mom that I was
LOOKING
and
BARKING
at her tiny babies.
Sorry Mommy Rabbit.  I didn't mean to worry you !!!
I hope that they will be okay!
Mom says she will let me go look at them later today.
LOOK
BUTT
NOT
TOUCH

When they get bigger...  I will CHASE them though.   hehehe
My mom thinks that they must have been born while I was away...   Getting Married and on our Honeymoon.
PeeS....    I hope Penny got her Birthday Pressies back from Ornery Ruby.
WIVES... can't live with 'em...  Don't wanna live without 'em.
Love you girrrrls.

PEE S.....   did you see my blog yesterday???   I think Blogger was running a HALF OFF Sale or something.   I have no clue what caused that to happen?     It looked just fine when it clicked PUBLISH POST !!  I hope it doesn't happen today.. You will be seeing mangled bunnies...   and I didn't do it.  hehehe

Morning Frankie
Those bunnies are super cute.
Don't mom bunnies usually have big litters? What happened to the rest of them? Did you have a snack before you called for mom?
Love ya

Ruby and Penny... no I Pawmise.. I didn't snack on one. BUTT my mom did sneak back out last night and she found one MORE baby in the nest and... SADLY.. she found a dead one about 2 feet away. I DIDN'T DO IT.
It had maggots on it so that happened while I was with you on our honeymoon.

Frankie, Mom says you are a very good doggy to treat those baby bunnies so well. All we can say is it is a good thing they chose your yard, and not ours.

Good Job Frankie, on not eating the bunnies! As soon as they get bigger, you can send them on their way. They are garden munchers for sure!

Were this variety from a seed package...or did her use transplants?

Those bunnies are just the cutest! Thank you for not hurting them Frankie! Sadly, we don't have any bunnies here. We do get lots of squirrels though. My boys just ignore them. I wonder what they'd do if they found some bunnies.

Glad your blog is back to normal. I could read the whole post today! Actually, I could yesterday too. I clicked on the 'Show Original Post" link on the comments page.

Very cute! I think the moms only visit the babies once a day so as not to draw attention to them. She will probably be back tonight!
