This is something else that I found all by myself... It is a HUGE BIG PILE OF BEAR POOPS!!I found the poops in my sister Lori's front yard. You should have heard me yelling ... MOOOOOOOOOOM!! It was a pretty exciting find, BUTT....
The day I found the goose... I also discovered... one of her EGGS. It had rolled out of the nest and was laying right on the rocky lake shore!!! Of, course I started yelling.. MOOOOOOM, hurry MMMMMOOOOOOOOMMMMMM come see these neat thingys that I found!!
Even though I yelled for mom... I did not do it right by the goose or her poor egg. Mom and dad were on my boat, which I had made them beach so that I could explore... and explore I did. When I finally got mom off her lazy butt and off the boat.. I took her to the egg and stood beside it so she wouldn't touch. Then I kept "LOOKING UP" so that she would (finally) see the sad momma goose. Once we got some pictures, I made mom go back to the boat and told dad to shove off so that the goose could relax and get back to tending the rest of her eggs.
That is it for my Lost and (I) Found it Friday.

You're a search and find dog, Frankie! I bet that bear poop smelled Most Wonderful! I've smelled lots of kinds of poop in my day but I don't think I've ever had the honor of smelling bear poop. You're SO lucky!

Frenkie, that bear poop looks good enough to taste and then even roll in. Kinda sad about the egg that rolled away. Sometimes the momma Goose can tell when an egg isn't gonna make it so she pushes it out of the nest.

Wow, you are like a hero to that egg. They should give you lots of treats as a reward. Glad you didn't get to meet the bear in person though. We hear they might see us doxies as tender bite sized morsels. That would not be fun.
