Yesterday... It was 38 degrees and DRY. Sooooo I told mom and dad to get their paw covers on and I got in my hoodie Tee. Then I told them they needed to get outside and get the stink blown off... before the snow comes back.
I told dad to get to the woodshed and gather sticks and logs and get the tubs all filled up... before IT returns. Then I told mom to get all the bird feeders cleaned and filled back up.
While they were doing their work... I did mine. I dug some nice holes. I gwalked the moleys. I moved some sticks around to where I wanted them.
Then I told mom to get the THINGY and DE-POOP my favorite places.
Then.... I got a nice surprise. My furend OREO came over to visit with me. He isn't allowed to do this, butt sometimes Oreo doesn't listen to his two leggers. I had mom go in and get my outside play ball squeaker thingy and the flasher thingy.
When mom said that Oreo should go home I made a face at her.
We made a whole bunch of play bows. Then we ran and chased each other.
I told Oreo to follow me and I would show him my grrrreat new holes.
We stopped long enough for mom to get a good pic... that shows how much the wind was blowing.
Mom and dad and I stayed out for 87 hours... until I was sure all the stink was off them. I think they had a lot of fun. Today is a whole different story. Cold and Icy and Snowy. SIGH I liked YESTERDAY much better. I'm just sayin'.

Sounds like you and oreo had fun together, thats cool!! I like it when I go to my cousins house to play. He is a giant yellow Lab and I boss him around, it is funny.

Play dates are awesome, even if they're unexpected. Maybe Oreo's parents should start bringing him over every once in a while so he doesn't have to sneak out!

Glad you got our while the gettin' was good! Did you say something about us not getting the snow here - HA!! It's a blizzard out there - I think there is already like 87 feet of snow and more piles up every minute! It's gonna be snow-snorkel time again I'm afraid!
