I think it is what is called a S.O.S. THINGY
What a night!!! It started out to be just a night for my Photography Group to be out on the lake taking nice pics. of the area and maybe a few critters along the way. It ended up as a BOATER RESCUE !!!
I had dad run the boat really slow so everyone could take nice pics. We were going along having a grrreat time. They had gotten a super sighting of a LOON, a BLUE HERON, and two CANADA GEESE all in the exact same place (pretty darned amazing on its own) when mom noticed a little boat that was being ROWED. She told the group that was unusual. So she watched the man very carefully. She signaled to him but he did not signal back that he and the little boys were in distress. Soooo at first we just kept going. Then one of the ladies said she thought the man was having trouble. I made dad REVERSE ENGINES and mom talked to the man. His MOTOR HAD QUIT WORKING BECLAWS IT HAD A BROKEN PROP. My crew went into immediate rescue mode!!! We got a rope to the crippled vessle and we TOWED them back to the dock area. YEA !!! My group got to experience a rescue on the HIGH LAKE!!!!
I am so very much proud of my group and my crew. They did everything JUST RIGHT when we went into our Protect and Rescue mode.
Then we had a grrrreat picnic... right on the boat. I provided the cheese. It was delicious. Sue.... kept the cookies safe until it was time to have dessert. he he he
I am declairing the WHOLE GROUP... SUPER SAILORS. Well, maybe not mom though. There was that bad incident when I accidently sniffed some of the food things.

Hi Frankie
You are a dog of many talents. You can add Coast Guard to your list too.
I bet everyone loved the cheese that you brought to the picnic.
Tell mom that you were just sniffing the food to make sure it was safe for consumption.

Hi Frankie - congrats on the rescue!
Khyra told me that you saw a squirrel swimming??? Is that true? Do you have a picture?
Hi - it's me again... I just found the pics of the squirrel swimming. I had no idea they could do that.
I'm a little baffled as to the level of concern for his safety in the water. Your mom was going to "rescue" him if she had to... a squirrel???
A squirrel???
Wow! Good job! What an exciting day that turned out to be. Good job - and you deserve a special treat! :) xoxo Frankie Mae
Hi, Frankie!
Wow! You are my hero!
Congratulations to you and your Crew!
An incident sniffing the food?? I am sure it was a minor incident!
Kisses and hugs

As long as you're not a squirrel sympathizer, then we can be friends:) You'd be surprised at how many there are out there masquerading as dog bloggers. It's frightening.
