Grrrreat art !!!

I very much wish that you could have been with me today. I went to this wonderful studio to look for a piece of art for my next writing project. I only put 3 pictures here. They are just a tiny bit of what I think are my very much favorites. I was so facinated. I can't believe these grrrreat things. I have no idea how I am going to write a story that will match the quality of this man's work. Yikes !!! I thought it would get easier after my story about Ms. Sue's painting.
I am sad to say that I did not get to meet the artist. Mom says he is very much nice. She also says that he knows where Lori and cousin Sarge live. He has even played golf on the course right below their house!!!! Lori was really surprised to find out that he had been to Tionesta.
I will be sharing pictures from Mr. Alan Cottrill's studio for the next few days. I hope you love them as much as I do.
I am such a lucky dachshund. Don't you think?

You are one lucky little dog.
I remember going to that gallery, when I first visited the USA way back in July/August in 2005, my friend Kathy Campbell took me there, we were very lucky as the owner/artist was there and he was also working, so he explained a lot to us. He is indeed a very clever man, and also a very nice man, your lucky mom takes to to places like that.
heaps of hugs from

G'day Barb and Barney. It is sooo very much good to hear from you both. I am glad that you liked this studio. Wait until you see the picture that looks like that panther is petting me!!! yikes!! Barney, have you gotten your mum all re-trained after her vacation in the states? People can be rather difficult to train. It takes all of our patients. You might try giving her some cheese rewards. he he he

No I do not think so Frankie,
If I am not allowed to have any treats, no matter how good I am, then my Mum is not getting any either, no cheese etc for her. I do make her feel guilty though, when I sit at the cupboard and look sad, she says "no" so then I go sit at the front door, I get to go for a nice walk then. This morning we walked to buy the Sunday papers, so many people are telling my Mum how good I look these days, as if she did all the work, I am the one who lost weight. At least I walk very fast now, and sometimes Mum has trouble keeping up.
