I am sentencing She who must be insignificant  obeyed to the following:
     87 hours of  Public  Walkies....  You will tell her.... WHEN WHERE AND for how LONG.
I also impose a FINE on her....     You are to receive DOUBLE SNACKS for the next two weeks.
   In Addition I am putting her on PAWBATION...fer 87 Days...   She is to Report to Blogville's Pawbation officer...  and show that she HAS and IS ...  abiding by these findings..
