Very well then. I have deliberated long and hard on the charges. There are Three of them.
1. Madi claims her mom told her HALF a FIB about the box that arrived from our hill to her castle. After reviewing the Contents of said PACKAGE... I find that Miss Cecilia correctly assessed the CONTENTS.. as being of little interest or value..... HOWEVER, she did FAIL to mention that the BOX itself was Intended to be Mayoress Emeritus Madison's. I therefore find that Madi was CHEATED outta a Fine Box which did contain some of my own Pawsonal Furs and scent...
I am sentencing Miss Cecilia to a trip behind the mall for a session of Dumpster Diving.
2. The Stalking of Madi... was Easily proven.. Guilty as Charged..
I am placing Miss Cecilia to a DAILY Pawbation period... NO Stalking from 10 AM to 3 PM... Pawsitively NO Flashy Beast used during those hours... the Pawbation period will be for the period of 8 or 7 days from today...
3. As for the Third Charge... RELENTLESS and REPEATED refusal to prepare Madi's Supper in a timely fashion... I find Miss Cecilia GUILTY as CHARGED.
I sentence her to (AFTER she finds a suitable Replacement Box, from the Dumpster ) enter said Mall and pawceed to the KITCHEN STORE, where she is to procure a TIMER... Timer to be SET fur 87 minutes from the End of the No Stalking time daily. This is to continue fur 8 or 7 days.. or until Miss Cecilia can PROVE that she WILL serve Madi her supper ON TIME.
