Flower Friday...
We don't have TONS of Flowers at this house... butt we thought that we would get involved in Flower Friday.... and show you our New TWO LIPS... We had mom and dad plant them last fall.
And guess what Else is STILL BLOOMING???? Our Daffies.... they have been blooming bright Yellow for 4 weeks now.... THEY were planted at the Same time as our TWO LIPS were.

Things are just starting to get ready to bloom around here, but that is normal since we are in the northland.

Ghostwriter loves tulips! The nice thing about them is you can forget about them, and they'll quietly multiply for years and years. Some of our tulips have been growing for over 20 years now! We think our tulips will be blooming next week, provided we don't get any more cold weather.
That is way more flowers than we have. We love tulips!

Apparently, our mom planted a bunch several years ago. Someone named "Bambi" ate them, bulb and all. Hmm.

Crikey ..... how pretty are those two lips and those daffies? We can't grown them here. It's way too hot so Mum's really envious of your two lips. She tried to grow 'em once in a pot but it didn't work. She even watered them with iced water. Maybe they froze to death.
Oh yes, your tulips and daffodils are all so pretty. Mom doesn't have any luck with tulip bulbs, we think she plants them upside down - BOL.

The Two Lips are very purrty and we are sure after awhile you will have more flowers to share with us.
Very nice! It didn't even get cold enough this winter to kill our flowers so everything came back to life! Now, Mom just has to go clean out the flower beds. She has "snake-a-phobia" after Dad saw a copperhead in the yard last week.
