OMD OMD....

WE went on an ADVENTURE with our Mom and Sarge's Mom...   last Saturday...
So we could see the beautiful LEAF COLORS....
and the ROCKS and the WATERS

Look at the tree roots... growing OVER THE BIG ROCK...

We Biggified this one so you could see the .... SPIDER WEBS....  they were still covered with Dew and Fog....  and showed up grrrrrreat fur HOWL O WEEN...
THAT is mom's big fat Finger... in the pic... Ignore THAT...  OKAY???
THEN we went to his place called Kinzua Bridge State Park...  There was a TRAIN Bridge thingy build over the Gorge... It was started in 1881 and Completed in 1882 and at the time, itw was the Highest railroad viaduct in the WORLD... 301 Feet high......  It was used to haul Freight and then just for scenic tours... and finally closed down due to deterioration of the structure..   and on July 21,2003 an F1 Tornado went through and caused 11 of the towers to be torn from thjeir concrete bases.

NOW it is just for hiking to and viewing the scenery...     Like WE did...
See?

We had a Picnic in the park after we looked at the Colors and the Bridge...

PEE S....  our MOM was a scardy Tail and would NOT go out on the "BRIDGE"....      She does NOT like High Places and stuffs...

Hey FnE!
Wow, my Mom had the bestest time with you two and Mamaw that day! Gorgeous pix fur sure and we all love that beautiful creek. My Mom went out only a little ways on that bridge 'cause she's a fraidy cat too. BOL I heard you had some snackens on that picnic. Last weekend my peeps loaded me in the beloved Ru and we zoomed out along that same creek so Dad could wonder at the pretty leaves too. :)

We are glad you like our header...mol mol back during your move we had a major faux pas with our hummer header..it just flew right off the blog...no clue why. Mom had know idea where it went..so she was forced into DOING something...she had been wanting a different background but was afraid to try for fear of messin' up the header so she threw caution to the wind..changed the background and photo. Live and learn she says...even an Old gray mare can do it.
Hugs madi your bfffffffffffff

How pretty!! I've lived in Texas all my life and don't know otherwise, but Momma says she misses living in a place with actual seasons and leaves changing colors in the fall.

Your new home is sooooo pretty! You know, I'm not afraid of heights generally, but even I might have been a bit scared to go on that bridge. It's pretty high up!

Thank you so much for donating to Chico's GoFundMe page. I really appreciate it.

Those are some awesome fall colors. I hope you guys were wearing sunglasses, they're so bright! I'm with your mom. I'd wait at the edge of the bridge. I'm not as brave as you...

It looks beautiful there. Our Mom has walked on the Ocean Springs/Biloxi Bridge, but she says while the scenery is spectacular she does not LIKE the cars being so close. She will not take Fenris and Tuiren on the bridge as she says it is to SCARY.
