RAIN RAIN..... GO AWAY...... out to the WEST COAST

We are in a Weather Pattern here.....  it is CONSTANT (or so it seems) RAIN and MORE Rain...
The other day we had to come off our Hill....  and go to the Little Town fur some thingys...  and we saw THIS along the Road....     the day before... we would NOT have been able to GO to town...
     See that Yellow sign???
Rain water had come RUSHING down that big hill and COVERED the ROAD   for about 40 Yards...
It had come across SO Swiftly that the road guys had to put the sign in sort of SIDEWAYS.... to keep IT from being Washed away...
We wish that SOME of this rain could drop in the West Coast states where they need it DESPERATELY...
Pee S  these pics were taken from INSIDE Jessie Jeep....   with the Stupid Phone....

We agree.......a lot of us have TOO MUCH WET and the poor humans on the West Coast are dry as toast!

Same thing here - though this weekend was pretty good. I'm so very tired of this rain though I know some areas of the country are really hurting for rain so I try not to complain too much - though I still do. Ugh.

Oh dear..... I would like to be sympathetic - but you are talking to one who has had to develop webbed feet!!! You are right though, when it comes all at once like that, it is not at all the kind of wet we want.... Stay afloat there guys... hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

Too bad you cannot send that rain elsewhere! We have only just started getting rain, when usually it rains everyday starting in June. Our lakes are a bit low so I don't get to see many of the wading birds...they moved to wetter pastures.

We agree -- rain should go to the west!

Hey FnE!
Wow, I know exactly what you're barking about! Rain here in my territory constantly too. I think we are getting the rain/cool temps we should have had in April but didn't. Brrrr it's chilly too for nearly being July. Drat. It definitely interferes with our outdoor fun, right!?! BOL Good thing we have our peeps to entertain us.

you know it is weird we we live - every day we hear of these big storms and rain just miles from us and yet we don't get it. They say the sea breezes keep it from hitting us but while everyone else around us is getting rain - we don't get any :)

Hi, the folks in CA could certainly use the rain. We're farther north and could use a little relief from the heat. We have August temperatures in June. The mugginess is getting to some of us....

I always figure that if the sign hasn't washed away, it is safe to proceed.

We are hoping the rain has left us for a while and hope the same happens for you. While Mom was driving to Branson, there were some huge downpours. She saw trucks parked on the side of the road with a flashing sign that said "SLOW, water over the road"!!! Luckily the water had receded enough so she could drive through safely.

Time for some sunshine but NOT the big heat!!!

I was hoping I could send some of our rain to Callyfornia too! We had a DROUGHT here furever and ever . . . and then it was GONE and we were FLOODING all in a week!

Dear Frankie and Ernie
Thank you got wishing your rain our way. I hope it helps. There are so many wildfires burning in the west and all the mountains and hillsides are covered in dry dry grass. My OWN backyard is all crunchy. It is scary.

Hi guys, we've had great weather where we are, but we had some rain yesterday. We're supposed to have a heatwave this week, and extra wows, because we're in the UK!

Maybe if you blow REALLY hard, and we inhale really hard we can pull the rain out here to California! We'd sure appreciate it!

My aunt lives in Seattle, and apparently we've traded weather patterns! Hope it's not a long term shift—I'm not fond of getting my paws wet:-)

Sounds like you've got squirrels runnin' the weather machines there. That was a lot of water! We're glad Jesse Jeep didn't have to swim to town. Crazy that we can't send our weather somewhere else.

It would be so nice if we could send the rain that we don't need to our friends that truly do need it! If we could only invent this we'd be rich, Frankie and Ernie!

Love ya lots♥

Well up state must be getting more rain than Cincy. We have had showers but nothing close to a gullywhumper that would close a road.
Thanks for being a friend

Mom was at her vacation place in the Sierras and it's VERY dry there, no snow pack in several years. She can't water her flower garden and baths are only every few days. She loves that place and hopes it rains soon.

We are dry and hot here. 106 earlier today! Our pawrents will get up at 4:00 am to beat the heat for tomorrow's run. This weather is crazy!

We had tons of raining last month. We needed it BAD. We're back to being hot and dry. Mom likes it; we think she's a bit on the looney tunes side.
