I hope that you had a WONDERFUL time at MAYOR MADIson's Swearing Ceremony and Blogville Bash... {Burrrrrrrp} Oooops... sorry... I ate WAY too much of Chef Sasha's fine foods . Ernie and I had a BLAST... even with all the ... THINGYS that seemed to happen.

Gettin New Furst Responder Vehicles fur our pawtection... and the SMART MOVE of getting SARGE to be OUR Chief of PAWlice. Oh yes... thingys fur me to REMEMBER fur SURE.
Havin to put up with ERNIE... hangin around MY office. Some days he hardly let me get my very much difficult mayoring work done. Sheesh
YES furends.... Being your Mayor has been a FUN and EXCITING and a PURE Pleasure fur me...

Having to Bang that gavel on some of my
questionable DEAR furends was
REALLY Difficult. I won't miss having to wear my Judgey Wig thingy... Too much... Butt I'm keepin it... just in case somethingy comes along.

LONG Court Session ... SOON... after the thingys that went on Yesterday and Last Night. Sarge and Bites were writing tickets like CRAZY.

It was a wonderful ceremony for Madi and a pawtastic pawty. We too ate way too much of Sasha's great food. We got to ride in the wheelbarrow and in case you were wondering... NO, we did NOT let Puddles drive our golf cart. Muffin and I were thrilled to be there with Marley, Newby and Snoopy. Today we're home recovering from all the excitment. (and maybe one too many Hamtini's.)
Frankie, you will ALWAYS be the MAN! We thank you from the bottom of our little paws for your years of service. Enjoy your retirement and now maybe, just maybe you can take that well earned vacation you were talking about.

MOL MOL MOL Frankie boy do I feel your pain. I just awoke from my 100th nap of the day too. What a party...as for holding court...unless I'm told about a specific transgressions with good evidence I will be letting all mischief slide just this one time.

Thank you for your service Frankie! You left Blogville a better place than when you found it and it just doesn't get better than that. So . . . some weird things happened yesterday? We're not sure what you are talking about. We had a wonderful time with all the dancing. And we got to hang out with Ernie so that was super cool! We personally know that Ernie did not get into ANY trouble and he did NOT steal anything from the buffet table. We didn't joy ride in Goose's wheel barrow either. Mostly we were just practicing our Pup Scout Pledges.

Frankie, you were a wonderful Mayor and a shining example for Madi. I will miss seeing you in your judge wig and your handsome suit, which I hope you will still wear anyway. The ceremony was very moving(ooops sorry), and the pawty went very well, with a few exceptions. Puddles will be Puddles. The damage was minimal.
I hope you can relax now and take time to smell the dog bone tree.
