Insniffigation Case

F. Oscar Dective report to clients

To: Penny and Ruby
Re: Lost Spring

I have completed my insniffigation and have determined that your Spring is on its way.

I tracked it as far as the border between the U.S. and Canada. It was being held there by immigration officers due to a lack of Passport.
It was finally determined that Seasons have dual citizenship and the proper paperwork has been completed.
Springtime has now been released and is making its way to your location.

As you know, my usual fee is a donation to the client's local animal shelter. However, I am going to waive my fee in your case. You have earned a free pass because of Ruby's Therapy work.
If I can be of further assistance, please contact me.
Sincerely, F. Oscar. Dachshund Detective

Hi Frankie
Thank you. We were really worried Spring wouldn't come this year. We live only 90 minutes from the US/Canada border so we think she'll be here soon. Thanks for finding her and thanks for waving your fee, but we will still make that donation.
Love Ruby & Penny
