30 Days ago TODAY... WE arrived at....

It was just ONE Month ago... TODAY that we arrived at our new house...     We came in at 4:30 AM... and when it gotted Day Light time... Sarge's Mom and Dad came... and then we WAITED fur the Big Truck to bring our stuffs...      and while we waited ... we went to our NEW Post Office to meet  Miss Donna... our New Letter Lady...  and some of the other peeps that work there...     Miss Donna was SOOOOOO happy to meet us... that LOOK at what she put in our Mail Box...

This was the Envelop and the LETTER...
And would you Believe that she even KNEW OUR NAMES???
Miss Donna is trying very much hard to be a Good Letter Lady... like our Beloved Miss Patti was...   We are working to train Miss Donna.. and she is LEARNING very much quickly...   Fur a PEEP, that is...
Now we have been keeping our mom and dad HOPPING like Speedy does... to get thingys taken care of... there were a LOT of thingys that needed Work or Fix up and stuffs..
PLUS........  WE needed to learn all about our neighborhood and how to find our house... Just in Case we accidentally get...  ummmmm Turned around or somethingy...
We have been practicing every day...  and we can now find our OWN YARD from 4 houses away... in all directions...
We are SOOOOO good at it Now... that Last night... we decided that it was time to take our dad to OUR POND to let him Fish fur a bit...    You know... to keep his skills sharp and stuffs...
You will notice that we KEPT DAD ON THE WALKIN STRING at all times... so he would NOT get LOSTED...
HEY ERNIE... LOOK... here comes one of our new furends...    I see him Frankie...
Don't worry mom.... we have dad on the Walkin Sting...  we won't let him get away...

HERE comes Little Boy...     he was on the No Walking thingy...

He stayed fur a while and we talked and stuffs...   about GUY thingys... and then he said he
Had to get going...    BUTT SUDDENLY....
We realized that DAD had a fish on...

Pardon Mom's Fat Fingers...        LOOK dad caught a Bass...  we say that our Pond is just fur Catch and RELEASE...   so dad had to be Careful...
He let the fish go... and then we told him it was time fur us to take him HOME...  and we let him TRY to lead the Way... butt he started to go the WRONG WAY... and we had to use the Walkin String to PULL him toward our House...     Good thingy we had our STRONGEST Walkin Strings.. so he wouldn't get away..
NOW we KNOW that we are WAY WAY WAY behind...  with Everythingy and EveryBuddy in Blogville...    We ahpawligize fur that...    it is just not Easy to get everythingy taken care of before the snow flies...
Did we tell you that Mom found out that there is her type of church..   which has a funny name... like   (Pressed Butt Smearian) or somethingy like that...  and it is Really Close to our House...    She says that they are very much nice and has made like 87 new furends...
Butt HER furends are not as Special as OUR new furends are... like Miss Donna and Little Boy...      BUTT she IS trying...
We will be getting back in the FULL SWING of Blogville before MUCH Longer... and we will have Tons of Pictures and stories to tell you...
Did we mention that Mom has a big Blister on her hand from raking Leaves???  She DOES...
We Love the big piles that he rakes ...  We run through them.... BaaaaaaWaaaah...

BTW...  just FYI...  don't think that MOVING will save you from AWFUL stuffs...    WE have already had THREE BAFFS in 30 days...     Just sayin...

LOVE YOU ALL....
The FLAT LANDERS...

I'm glad your garden is well marked and you will find the way home even when it is as dark as in... ya know...
good idea to keep your dad on that walking string, so he can't fall in that pond... who knows who lives in that water... maybe Nessie or Moby Dick...

So nice to hear from you. Sounds like you are settling in well. Life for us is boring. the biggest excitement was Man trying to start a fire in the microwave (everyone was ok) and the 11 mice we have caught in the house.
Can't wait to hear more about your adventures.

Hey FnE!
Wow, great to see you posting again! My peep is really far behind too. Booooo Anyway, we are all having so much fun now that we're all together. Tell Papaw Pantslegs that I'm impressed with his fishie. The crabby girls are still agog over the new shells that came from your pond. BTW: I whispered to the girls that you'll be stopping by tomorrow to visit me! Can't wait for that.

About that Donna. Be careful of government-they're nice to you but they also have a hand in your pocket and take things when you aren't looking.

So good to hear from yous! You have been gone too long!! Did you hear what we barked? Too long! Mom said it too butt she said 3 words instead of just 2 and added an extra word in the middle. We don't know what that is all about! Anyway, we just got to thinking that this pond of yours is gonna freeze over and turn to ice and we could skate, slide, or play hockey on it! Maybe we should all come over to your place!

Your Pals,

Murphy & Stanley

Pee Ess - Tell your dad congrats on the fishy!
