Our MOM loves to RE PURPOSE thingys...
The one on the Right is the brand that mom gets at KROGER...
The one on the LEFT is the kind she gets when we go way far away to AMISH COUNTY.. Walnut Creek is the name of a TOWN in that area.
She buys Chicken Flavoring stuffs in these jars... and beclaws they are nice and sturdy she has always Kept them fur stuffs... One day SHE thought of putting holes in them and asked our dad to drill them fur ME... beclaws this was WAY before Ernie... the Blubber Butt came to live here.
So THAT is Where and HOW you can get the jars if you want to have your mom or dad make one of these thingys fur you. The Jars and lids are very much STURDY. They last us fur like 87 weeks ... or Longer. EVEN with Blubber Butt's Strong Teefs and BIG MOUTH.
WE think that THIS is one of Mom's BESTEST RE PURPOSING thingys.

Frankie and Ernie your peeps are very inventive...recyle, reuse, repurpose is your motto!!
I, Madi, do not like to work for my food (diva you know). I'd knock that jar up side the head in a nanosecond.

Hey F-n-E!
Wow, the foodable that come from the original contents are great too! My Mom makes soup with that stuff and I've been known to get a small smackerell of it. Delish! Tell Papaw Pantslegs he did a great job with your rolly treat toy! BOL

Your Momma is one smart cookie! Hope you guys are having a good one - is it spring by you yet?

Such as pawsome idea and clever mum. My peeps is too stupid to make one of those she'd probably drill a hole in her hand. LOL!
Yea Madi is right recycled too. Have a terrific Thursday.
Best wishes Molly
Oh OK it has to be sturdy. Good point. I am having MOM make me one this weekend, I hope. I was thinking of using a 30 gallon heavy duty trash can. What do you think?
Blessings,
Goose
well we are sure glad you set us straight on not using glass jars cos we saw our mom looking in the cabinet for jars that would work, and we are also glad you said sturdy cos she was looking at water bottles so now she will have to put her thinking hat on and find a drill thingy!

I am just wondering how long it would take me to bite right through those things. I better stick to my extra heavy kong balls.
But my vickie is gonna try and make one for Abby and Scrappy
Thanks for the idea

Thanks for showing us the jars up close. We can see they are really heavy duty. No wonder why they last for so long. Good thinking on your Moms part.
I think we'll go rummage through our kitchen now to see what we have laying around.
Hugs,
Lily Belle & Muffin
They last you for 87 weeks? Wow, that's almost a whole decade. (By our math.)

It really is clever and very cost effective as well as easily replaceable.
I repurpose when I can but it's not like it used to be, when we re-used everything!!
That stuff must be fantastic on kibble

Howdy Mr Frankie, our mum likes to recycle thingys too. That's why we have our cat treat container (from the Op shop) that is now used for dog treats. Your mum is very inventive. Have a good weekend mates. No worries, and love, Stella and Rory
SHE repurposes thingys, too. BUT SO FAR NOT FOR US!
We'll have work on changing her ideas. SHE's seen this post, so maybe we're on our way.

What do you do with those jars, Frankie? Chew on them? I don't get it.

Walnut Creek got to go this summer. I found a puzzle at my Kroger super store that looked like Walnut Creek and bought it and when I got home and read the end of the box it said picture taken Amish Country Walnut Creek Ohio.
Thanks for being a friend

It is very cool and a great idea. I wonder if it would hold up to Ernie sitting on it(snickers).
