Uh...uh....ummmm...I totally agrees withs you Frankie, just when it starts to smell heavenly fresh THEY decide it needs to be washed. I personally think it should be okays in da washin' machine. OR, you could have her wash it down in da creek...hehehehe!

Hi Frankie! Mom was talking about washing my sock monkey bed too!! Can you believe it?! Like you said, I got it smelling just the way I want it to. Luckily I convinced her not to wash it, but I did hear her say something about Febrezing it.

I dussn't has a sawk monkey bed (wish I did but I is way too big) but if'n I did has one, I would not let mom warsh it, no way, no how. That is coz I seened mom warsh a foster dog's fave bed once wot looked similar and the bottom broked out! The warsh machine eated it. Mom had to speedy quick sew a noo bottom in afore the dog noticed. She dodged that bullet.
Frankie - We totally agree with you. They wanna wash our stuff just when it starts smelling ripe, uh, we mean RIGHT. Anyway, sometimes Mom takes big stuff to the laundromat where they have big frontloaders so stuff doesn't get all twisty around the thingamabob in our washer. That's the best we can do to help.

I totally agree with ya. Beds should NOT be washed. Mom used to wash my blankies all the time and I pleaded and pleaded and pleaded and now she has left them alone. She said as long as it doesnt smell the room up she will leave them alone, so i can only smell it to a certain point!! BOL
Put your paws down and refuse to have your bed washed!! We are all behind ya on this one Frankie!!

Sorry, no help here, we don't have a monkey bed, but we do have a monkey who sleeps in her bed (Ciara). We just don't understand why the humans always want to wash our things just when we get them smelling so good.

Franky. I wish I could say something positive in your direction. My mom is a cleanfanatic as well. She washes my bedding, blankets AND TOYS UGH!!!! Once a week! Geezers! Now that is crazy dont you think? Secretly i think moms would make good birds because they are KooooKooo!!!!

frankie, i am loving your sock monkey bed. looks extra comfy! i don't personally have one of those monkey beds but mom washes my bed about once a month. already looks clean to me!
Ahahhaha. That bed is too funny. Our mommy used to make sock monks for charity events, but got monkeyed-out!! She said your mommy should probably hand wash it, cause they are kind of delicate. Sorry your sweet smell will be gone. :>(

I hate when they try to wash your stink off! Our beds get washed a lot because when Lilac breaks a nail, she likes to walk on all of them and track blood around. Our sock monkey bed is the biggest they make and it makes a nice pillow for me, or I can sit on it, but it's not big enough for us to sleep on, so we haven't needed to wash it yet. So, I say, Frankie's Mom, don't bother washing that bed!

We also don't have any sock monkey beds but Mom always washes our stuffies in the washing machine. Perhaps that would work.
Washing machines are amazing, so she says. In fact, if she could find a piappies-washing machine, she would use that for baths! Waaaaah such an outrage!!!

My Mom washes my bed, my stuffies and me every 2 weeks! I just LOVE when my bed and stuffies come out of the dryer and they are so snugglie warm!

I'm too big for the sock monkey bed and mom hasn't found one for Miss Phoenix. But she's constantly washing our beds in the washer and griping how much wash there is. I don't get it. It smells heavenly!!

For once I don't have sock monkey bed envy because my momma puts fresh sheets on my beds every week and I LOVE it! That big old monkey bed might need to go to the laundromat where they have giant front loaders. Doesn't his skin come off?
