These are some of the trees in my thicket. They usually turn really pretty Yellow and Red and stuffs in the Fall, BUTT not this year. They are just gonna be ugly beclaws of the awful heat and no rains hardly at all for over a month and a half. BAH

I used to hate it when the fall foliage was a bust. It was about the only good thing about the end of summer.

It's been crazy-warm here, too. It's been 87 million degrees (although mom says it's only been in the 80s) and usually we've already had a few snowflakes by now. Not this year! I'm awful ready for cooler weather. Goin' for a hike in the heat isn't all that fun.

That's a most pawsome flag, Frankie! My mom has a nice flag out by her pond but hers is more geared towards spring.
We haven't had rain here in a long while either. We had some thunder storms but only one of them involved actual rain.
