On June 26th Remington posted his Lunar update. He said this moon is known as the Strawberry Moon beclaws this is when they are at their peak for picking. Well, that may be... BUTT that very night the moon looked like THIS from my front porch. It was all bright red looking. Sort of like the sun on a HOT DAY.... I made sure to have a pic that shows a little bit of our FLAG so that you wouldn't think I was making this all up.

We think you're right, Frankie. Looks like a strawberry.....or cherry....or ball to us. But not a moon!

Usually when we have a moon all red like that, it also looks HUGE! It's so cool to see it like that.
Are you getting a new sister, too?
Bunny
GREAT pics! This was the first time I have not been able to get a pic of the moon. It was very cloudy and stormy here. Thanks for taking one -- it's awesome!
If you get a chance... PLEASE go over and wish my girrrls ...
HAPPY CANADA DAY!!!!
That is one huge strawberry, Frankie!!! You could probably make 87 gazillion strawberry shortcake desserts with it.
Can't wait to hear about the big surprise. Maybe we need to go ask Puddles:)

Hmmm, that moon is a little scury to us Frankie. Are you sure it's not an alien or something? Well, whatever it is, watch yourself Frankie!

Woof! Woof! I missed that strawberry moon ... it's pretty COOL! Just like ME winning June Top UDog. Lots of Golden Thanks for your support. Greatly appreciate it. You've been very supportive. My mom says that she'll email you later n provide you a tutorial on how to link a blog from your post (we notice that you don't do it unless you want to eliminate it). Anyhow, it seems that many bloggie friends are participating in the Name Game - do you have any idea how many? Mmmm we are just wondering how we are going to visit everyone - I was thinking ...what if a blogger you only follow n I don't, how will I read their post? Not sure how to do it but what if we do that Mclinky they used on IHOP Saturday. Just thinking. Lots of Golden Thanks again. Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugar
That moon is amazing!! Can't wait for the Name Game and your big July 6th post! Any hints?

oooohhh. Lookey at that! We have never seen a strawberry moon before. it looks delicious. We just get boring, non-food related moons around here. Or at least we never notice any others. You are lucky!
