Peachy Keen Cont.

Do you remember the PEACH TREE from Yesterday????     Well CHECK this out...    Mom and dad PICKED some of them....

 And then MOM Washed and Peeled and cut them...

 and she made PEACH PIE FILLING...   to FREEZE fur WINTER PIES...   5 of them  and she has to let a few more ripen and that will make the 6th.one.      AND there is ANOTHER TREE that we have not touched yet...    THOSE we will BAKE AND EAT.....  

 From TREE to FREEZER in  3 hours....  

In case you want it...   here is the Recipe...  fur PEACH PIE Filling.

Put   1 Cup Sugar...1/8th tsp. Salt and 1/4 cup Corn Starch into a Zip Lock Bag   MIX around together.. and add 2 tsp. Margarine.         WRITE THIS ON THE BAG   Bake 400° 15 mins.   Reduce heat to 350° for 40 mins.

Add  Four and a HALF  CUPS  of sliced peaches.. and 2 teaspoons of Lemon juice  to the bag of Dry Ingredients..   let set a few mins. for juice to start getting sugar mix Wet...    Zip Bag... and    GENTLY mix juice and peaches into the dry ingredients.         Freeze ....
 and wait fur WINTER.    hehehe
