Missing Everybuddy in Blogville

OMD   we MISS YOU ALL....     We have been REALLY bizzy...   the garden just keeps Pawducing ... little bits at a time...    which actually takes MORE time than if it was all ready at ONCE...
Do a bit...   Clean EVERYTHINGY up and put stuffs Away...
THEN...   more is ready...    so  REPEAT the pawcess...
YESTERDAY   we got 9 Quarts of Tomato Juice...
Wanna See???

This is when they are Totally Cooling...  Next the jars have to have the Rings removed and then the jars and Rings need Washing... drying and taking down to the Basement fur Winter use...
We have Onions, Cabbage, and Green Peppers frozen too...    AND the Green Beans are Canned and the plants are STILL pawducing...  We are just about Green Beaned out fur several months...   We can't EVEN find anybuddy that is willing to take them fur FREE...  all Picked fur them even.

Soooooooo  hang tight... we are Still on Break....  but WILL fur SURE be back once this is over.

BUTT it hasn't been ALL work and No Play...
   Wanna See????
WE won all this stuffs  at Duke Fest Saturday....      Duke Fest helps 8 No Kill Shelters...
They had Games fur us to play...
Bobbing fur Tube Steaks... was REALLY fun...
Egg and Spoon Weaving around the yellow and Blue paw prints...
 Paw Painting...

More Egg and Spoon....     We gave Donations fur All the Games...  to help those who are MUCH less fortunate than WE .

We had mom do a PEWS Fur PAWS thingy at each of the 4 Cooperstown Churches... and we collected  So much Great stuffs fur Duke Fest Group to distribute to the Shelters ...  Leashes  Collars Toys  Bedding   Peanut Butter... Towels and Blankets...        Cat Food and Dog Food..  wet and dry both...       Mom gathered in over 300 pounds of foodables for them...  THANKS to the generosity of the membership of the four Churches...    AND more came into our DRIVEWAY today...    BAGS of Super Bedding and towels...  from one of the church members...
SO we have been BIZZY as little Squirrel Chasers...   butt we have had some fun...

It took a WHOLE day....  Butt we FINALLY were able to teach Cussin Sarge to Go Diving fur String Cheese in OUR OWN POOL...  Not the one at Duke Fest...    THIS pool is in OUR Yard...
PEE S...  This year we tried a New Variety of Milkbone Bush... and  It is Pawducing a VARIETY of Delights...

We get to pick a few RIPE and READY ones every few days... and are HOPING to get some CANNED fur Winter...
When we Said VARIETY...   just check it out...  this Variety is pawducing a VARIETY of BONE Shaped Deliciousness...    THESE are like...   Greenies...  butt they taste like MINT...
We are fur SURE gonna be getting more of THIS  Milkbone Seeds... when the Burp Ease CAT A Log Comes in January...      The Seeds were on Pg. 87 this year...
See you all SOON.

Dear Dog, Furts and Turts, you all have been BUSY! Wow...so much canning you are doing. I should've given you Ma's tomato sauce recipe so you could've made that and canned it up for winter. Ma has tried to can it but she cannot do it without the help of our friend who is brilliant at it. So glad you all did fun stuffs - love the paw painting and how great of you to help collect so many donations!
Miss yous,

Oh golly gosh Frankie, you and Ernie and your Mom and Dad have been so busy and so productive.
You know, I have been searching high and low for information about milk bone plants in UK catalogues but have not been able to find anything advertised. Maybe they need more sun than we get in Aberdeen? Yes, that must be it.

We were wondering where you were. I, Roxy, have been very sad. Sounds like you only need to put in Half of the beans next year. Hope you included some for the Poor dogs. Looks like a fantastic day out, and what a haul for all the unfortunate dogs. Great job!
