Letter to Frankie...

Dear Frankie,
I will be so glad when you get home. This Blog thing is just so complicated and confusing. I keep pushing the SITTINGS button so that it knows that I am not standing up, then I have to do that whole big long TEST thing. Thank goodness it is mostly Yes and No questions instead of Essay. However, I must not be doing well because it keeps asking me the same questions so this time I gave all different answers. I just don't know how you do all of this.
Well, what I wanted to tell you was that the Animal Shelter Called us very early this morning and they have found a wonderful home for the little puppy. So your dad and I took him to the shelter and we even got to meet his new people. I just wish you had gotten to meet him. We would have let YOU keep him... if you had wanted to. It is too late now, however.
Now the house will be all sad and dark and lonely again. We aren't the only ones who miss you though.
Your sweet little cousin Francine called us last night. She is still in New Orleans and she must be making lots of new friends. In fact she was sitting on a gentleman's lap when she called... on HIS cell phone!! I think they might have been eating binets at Cafe DuMonde. Well any way, she seems rather upset with you for not telling her about all the things your little friend Mango has going on. She went on and on about how she had wanted to enter the Diva contest. She was actually a bit Cross about the entire issue, until the gentleman told her that she could use his LapTop to look for some other contests to enter. That seemed to settle her down right away.
I hope that it is much warmer at little Mango's house than it is here.
Are you brushing your teeth every night? Are you having fun with all of your little friends?
I have to go now.. I have a lot of Washing and Scrubbing and Sewing to do.
Behave yourself and be very kind and considerate. Use your best manners.
Now let me see.. which button should I push????

Dear Frankie's Mom,

We were ust reading Maxmom's blog, and there's a very handsome fellow on it this morning who looks an awful lot like Frankie. Are you sure he's in Master Chew Sits? Maybe he wanted to be somewhere warm like South Africa?? Just sayin'.

Hi MomL
Why don't you take a nice relaxing vacation with DadB while Frankie is out galivanting.
Maybe Hawaii or the Caribbean.
With all this snow and cold weather, mom is thinking about warm temps and turquoise water.
Love Ruby & Penny

Fear not. Frankie is in good hands and I assure you that the paint will be thoroughly washed out of his furs before I return him to you.

No...NO, FrankieMomma. Not THAT button! The other one. Okay, whew! You did it. Good for you!

I'm glad the puppy found a home but still sorry you had to give him up. I bet Frankie - being the Most Kind and Selfless dog he is - woulda been MORE than happy to share his toys and his house and his flags and your lap with that puppy. I bet he's SO disappointed.

About the milk pitcher (see we'll leave this mysterious and if anyone else reads it, they'll wonder what we're talking about.) I checked and it doesn't say BP. Boo hoo I was hoping for something good!

It sounds like things are all taken care of, but I'm darned disappointed that Beans isn't staying!

Yes, we did get the e-mail problem fixed! I'm sure they'd be happy to sell you some of those things, though. A fellow with two wives is bound to need it eventually!

Oh Frankie, it seems like they really miss you, especially now that the puppy is gone. You better hurry home soon - if not, your mom might delete your blog or something. She seems to be having a tough time.

Your pal, Pip

Well, Frankie, you sure are needed and loved at your house and I can tell just by reading the note from your mom! I was hoping your parents would keep little puppy so you could help train him about blogging, giving house tours, play room tours, etc, but that wasn't meant to be.
Soooo....we are all waiting for you to come on home, Frankie!

Hey Mamaw!
Wow, please use caution with Cousin Frankie's blog! You know how he gets his tail all in a tangle over things. I'm sure you miss him bunches, but I gotta say I'm kinda tickled to get to talk to you for a change!! :)
