Charlotte's Web...

Sarge's Mom and OURS went to see a Stage Play of Charlotte's Web...     WE didn't get to go...
It was put on at the Barrow Civic Center Theater...

OMD here is one of Charlotte's Webs... it says   SOME PIG
AND guess what ELSE....  They had WILBUR right out there fur everybuddy to MEET and GREET...        Butt our mom couldn't Understand a Word he said... like Fern could.

Inside the Theater... they had the whole thingy set up like going to a REAL Fail....  Games and stuffs... and MOM said they even had cotton candy and Poppy Corn and......  TUBE STEAKS.
There were supposed to have been like 87,000 kidlets there   and that made MOM really happy.
We hear that the Play was FABULOUS...   or...  BRILLIANT as Charlotte would have woven.
Now we didn't tell the MOMs this... butt while they were gone... the DADs gave Sarge and Us... a BUNCH of Snacks...    SO we didn't care that the Wimmen were Gone...     We GUYS had a grrrreat time, too!!!

PEE S....   TOMORROW is our Cussin Sarge's 10th Birfday...    we will have a very much SPECIAL link set up so you can get from HERE to Somewhere and then to Sarge's PAWTY...   OK????    See you THERE...

Mom loved that book as a little girl. I hope that pig wasn't scared being stuck there in a cage with all the folks around him.

Wow, we all had a great time that day! A super play for the ladies and a snacker day at home for the guys. BOL. I would have tried to bash poor Wilbur anyway.

Since you didn't mention it, I assume that they didn't bring a doggie bag home for you.

I bet that was fantastic. I love going to the theatre to watch a play.
They might have had a bit bigger pen for that pig though.

Our little bipeds have all read the book about Charlotte's Web and we know they would have loved that play - AND the cotton candy:)

Dads are the best - they always are a lot more generous with the treats than the Moms are:)

Family is fun, isn't it. And separating the women from the men so the men can stuff you with treats was such a devious idea that worked.

That sounds very cool. It is not everyday that you meet a famous pig.

That sounds like a perfect day for everyone. We can't wait for Sarge's birthday party tomorrow.

SHE first heard that story when SHE was nine....the after lunch teacher-read story....and SHE still loves it. SHE's always been kind to spiders. And has never been able to read the book to children because SHE cries....same with the Velvetine Rabbit.

Wilbur seems nice. Plus I've never eaten cotton candy, but I'm pretty sure I like it. A lot.

This was my very favorite book growing up and I don't like spiders. BOL! I'd love the play, but the book always made me cry so I might embarrass myself in the theater.
